Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

So I started my day with all my materials for the fight and went out to EPL. Sure enough the quest mob was down. This was about 4pm server time so I pretty much sat around until she spawned about 2 hours later so I must have just missed her. So I start the fight and everything is hectic, renews here abolish disease there and I think it’s going well then it gets worse. All said and done I lost. Just about the time the guy I saw loose yesterday arrived Wolfandman.

So I tell him about how I heard on the WoW Priest boards two Priests with the eyes can do the quest together. So we decide to try it and go afk for 2 hours. We get back together to start the quest he has brought in a Paladin, Druid and Warlock for the assist. We take the quest and sure enough it offered it to me and I’m like sweet. So we start it out and everything is going good we get the first wave through no problem go for the second one. Well the gods above said “Bad Dwarf” and a demon thing swooped down and killed me. The paladin rezes me and I continue to help and am almost immediately killed again. So I stand there after he rezes me again not wanting to mess it up for Wolfandman. He dies again and needs a rez some of the peasants are not looking good so I run in and heal them…Wham I’m dead again. Then he starts healing them and Wham the demon decides to kill him too! So we are both dead just as the last wave cross the threshold and I see the lady shouting about our success.

So in the end we both ended up able to complete the quest though we both died a hell of a lot. So I will have to post on the forum that while it is possible either they didn’t want you to do it, or it is buggy to do it. Either way I have Benediction now which is all that matters!

I’ve never actually seen it on a Dwarf before. I think it looks much better scaled to our size I hope the new Transcendence set looks as good. Now I must start gathering the materials for my +55 healing enchant for it! I’m much too poor to actually afford buying the mats after buying my eye of shadow.
