Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

No not classic beat’em video game, that was todays task. Two dragons down, only today it was Emeriss and Onyxia. Emeriss is one of the 4 green dragons that guard the 4 portals to the emerald dream in the outside world. Supposedly the most difficult part about doing these are interference by horde or other guilds…

However we attempted him MANY times without interference from anyone. Something always went wrong, but mostly it was just not enough healing getting on Jotex or Firau. There are some interesting elements to the fight. He has an anoying single target disease he casts that actually does damage on everyone around the the person. Every 25% of his life he cats a dot that takes all of your life over 10 seconds. You can resist it with enough shadow resist. I resisted it about half the time we did him. A sleep cloud flows around him as well making people fall asleep and it sort chains off people, very anoying but no damage. Lastly if you die a mushroom pops up where you died doing aoe damage.

We eventually got him though on what was going to be our last try. Everything went well till the very end it started to fall appart as people were running out of mana. Firau did die but Emeriss was at 1% and we got him down. Actually from my perspective anyways as seen here I got the killing blow I was proud of this but no one paid me much mind :b

He dropped some interesting things Hammer of Bestial Fury, Nightmare Engulfed Object, Trance Stone besides some gold, a few blues and Transmute: Undeath to Wate everyone wanted to bid on. Then we packed it up went to Onyxia’s Lair, owned her and went home.
