Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

So I jump on quite a bit early for today’s BWL raid and instantly get invited. Found out we were going to farm some AQ mounts and rep off the first set of trash mobs before BWL. I of course was very much up for it It was fun and I was even able successfully win a roll for one this time around. You can see me and Murky here with it

BWL went absolutely flawlessly. I believe this is our first perfect run. We did not wipe on a single boss and it rocked! We also completed the run in record time I think. I am also very excited to anounce one of my wand goals dropped, the delicious Essence Gatherer is now in my possession. Not that I’m tossing away my Antenna of Invigoration I just got on Monday. It is an awesome healing wand, not to mention the current advantages of its quirkiness. Essence Gatherer is going to be awesome for when I’m farming though

Also you can see in this shot here a really amusing looking gun that dropped off of Ebonroc. This is Evernight holding the Dragonbreath Hand Cannon.

We did have some excitment at the end of our run that ALMOST spoiled our perfect record so far. We just went straight for Nef without testing the guards as we have got good at addapting now. Well we were good right up till the 3rd phase, the spawn of the undead guards caused HUGE lag and we lost Firau in the process. I think Nef tore through a few people before Citan was able to get control of him. Just as a fear happpened before I could get Fearward and we briefly lost control again. We didn’t have to hold out with Citan for long. He wasn’t quite in the right gear for tanking him but we kept him alive through it all and smashed in Nef’s face once again.

The only disapointment was the fact Nef decided to drop not 1 but 2 Dragonstalker’s Breastplate’s. I really hate double drops because then one clas gets all the fun. Plus we only had one hunter that needed the breastplate with us. Broodlord had already dropped double Nemesis Boots on us. Combined with Vael dropping Dragonstalker’s Belt and Chrommagus dropping Dragonstalker’s Spaulders the hunters had a good night :b
