I forgot to mention this after we did it. Inian and I got Mooshu and Mooku up to 60 this weekend! It was either Friday or Saturday I can’t remember for the life of me. I was finishing out getting my Leather Working to 300, just 5 more points I think. That makes the cows ready for the expansion. I look forward to leaping off a cliff and turning into a bird and flying away with Mooku

Now all is left is to get Team Icy Hot to 60! Then we’ll have a good tri-team to alternate between to make the best use of rested exp Inien is like 47 on his Fire Mage and I’m 41 almost 42 now on my Ice Mage

Was finishing some quests in the marsh to get 64 this evening and succeeded. This area was done really well goes along with the whole story of the marsh.

Here I am turning in a quest at the Cenarion Refuge which propelled me into 64

Then I jumped on a Griffon and flew to Shattrath City to get a portal back to IF for some training. I only got the new 64 spell Binding Heal. It is a heal spell that is basically a flash heal for you and your target. So you no longer have to choose who to save. However it is a bit costly at 1034 mana to cast. Guess it is a good thing I have tons of mana! :b Even still its more of an emergency spell cause with my big pool I could cast it 8 times, maybe 9 depending on regen, 10 if Inner focus was up

Tomorrow I’ll have to do a few instance runs and see if I can find a use for it. Plus I need some more Netherweave.

I’ve been using a fully disc spec now for a little over 2 weeks. I haven’t found that I have any problem healing in instances and found I actually like everything more than I thought I would. I’m especially found of how much mana I have Of course PI is always nice and well Pain Suppression leaves a little to be desired but can come in handy some times. My most favorite thing of all in Disc is of course the Reflective shield.

The reflective shield is an interesting beast. First of all it can crit, which is really fun when it does. So it doesn’t just reflect back 50% of the damage done it actually does a little more. Each damage reflected has a chance to crit. I’m not sure who’s chance to crit it is using when it does this though. Even more interesting is PI definitely causes the shield to do more damage as well.

Like I’ve mentioned before I’ve never really been interested in shadow. Plus as you have no doubt read I am often teamed up with Inien and shadow doesn’t lend it self to this as well. The one thing I’ve noticed this vs my current live Disc build is I actually win 1v1 battles. Its been a while since felt I could actually beat someone 1 on 1. As I was questing a bit today I was able to beat a 63 Feral Druid, 62 Rogue, and a 62 Hunter. I attribute the wins mostly to the shield. Pain Suppression actually helped out as well though I still think this talent needs something else. For this reason at least until I’m 70 I’m gonna go disc I think. I’ve enjoyed it too much not to! My final level 70 build would look something like this.
