Disapointing Post

Nethaera responded to a post yesterday about COH and PS having issues and being some what lack luster. Basically COH may get looked at eventually someday, and PS is working as intended….
“Like anything though, it’s important to keep in mind that continued constructive feedback is needed in order to take ideas for change into consideration. We will continue to monitor feedback and funnel it to the rest of the team.”
So I guess all the testing and feedback during beta wasn’t good enough or something. I mean towards then end it went from constructive to frustration, but everyone was very patient till you get ignored for months on end.

Frak! I have Pain Supression now and I must say I am not impressed with it.
Unlike Shield it has a 3min cool down which means although its meant as a OH SHIT button, most of the time if you are in an OH SHIT situation, you’ll mostly forget to hit it simply because its not a habit.
In other times, its just not efficient to bother using it. A Shield and Renew and Psychic Scream seems so much easier.
But I will say that I LOVE Reflective Shield. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

PS really needs some help, I’m ok with the idea, but it needs a shorter cool down, be activatable in stun like Barkskin now is, and not have a huge purge me graphic. It should also prevent interrupt of casting I mean its only 8 seconds!
I love reflective shield, its really fun in PvP but in my final BC build I think I’m going to be letting it go for Spiritual Healing. I don’t think it would benefit my groups as much as 10% more to all my healing spells

When I had PS (back when it was self-only) it was at the back end of my “oh crap” /castsequence macro (with a 30s reset), after Fade & PW:S. I found it would have to be a real “OH CRAP” moment to have to jab that button 3 times before the time reset kicked in.

The new PS is suppose to be very useful in PvE and PvP. In fact during beta a lot of us tried to get them to at the very list make it targetable. Just as a another way to save the mage/warlock that pulled agro without having to heal them tons. The agro reduction on it makes that an even more appropriate use.
