Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

So I did my dailies this morning while Inian was out and decided to run something after I finished my usual runs. I ended up doing a few BM runs for Time faction. We did good, and just as we were finishing the run they said they were going to reboot the server. We quickly finished and then met back up for one more run after the server came back. Then I took a break for lunch.

Just before I took that break for lunch I got a tell from the leader of Momentum. I never did ask him how he found me, I’m assuming maybe there is a way to do a who on people not in guilds. Anyways he described his guild and sounded worth a shot. He described it slightly different than the stuff on the forums so as long as that holds true we should be good.

As many of you know I wasn’t looking for a hardcore Raiding guild, but a guild that does 5-10 mans. They are trying to do 25 mans as well and I mentioned I really wasn’t all that excited about them but as long as we are having fun I’d probably join in on occasion. So I put up an app and they invited me immeaditly.

I was then invited to go to Kara with them. They had Nightbane left to do, and well I was perfectly suited to make that easier (Fear Ward). It was an interesting fight and it had been a while since I had done a 10man. I like it so much better than 40/25/20 mans. We downed him first try with no wipes which is good.

They had planned to try the king guy in Gruuls lair. I remember my bad experiences with this in FEST but went anyways. Despite the crazyness and them filling a few healing holes with PUG players it was darn fun.

We actually showed reasonable progress through our attempts and got him down do 38%. I was one of the last healers left alive and I was healing the tank by the skin of my teeth on that one. We really tried but hard but then he started fear and caught us off guard. We lost some people but we went at it to the bitter end. If we had even a few more people up I bet we would have won. It was quite enjoyable even if it was a 25 man :b

Of course there were many deaths involved. I kept getting bugged where no one could rez me it was quite odd. I ran back once and had this fun texture bug that didn’t load my hair/beard It made me look like Santa I thought! Err Great Father Winter…. Anyways it was odd hearing people complain about repair bills no a days after dailies. I make usually 50g a day doing my daylies and I could make even more if I went and did netherdrake ones. I had a 21G repair bill this time with 3% durability left

Anyways its time for possibly the next chapter in the Adventures of a Dwarf Priest!
