Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

Was reading the boards and saw a post asking about your oldest WoW Screenshot. I thought hmm that might be interesting to look at again so I opened up the old screenshots directory and check.

This is my oldest screenshot, I actually had to convert it to jpeg because originally the Mac client took screenshots in PDF It is just an old shot of me of course I think from Stress Test 1, 2 or Open beta. I was never in the closed beta but I bought myself into the stress tests Anyways the shot was taken November 8th 2004 at 9 pm. You might notice Inien in the character list. He came over a few times to check out mages of course It took me a while before I convinced him to come over to WoW from EQ though after release.

The first interesting shot I ever took was on November 17th 2004 at 7:25 pm. I’m pretty sure this was open beta because I’m level 21 and it is just before WoW officially came out. This was my first real PvP when a bunch of horde came over and attacked Redridge! I remember how much fun it was and sealed the deal on the PvP server

Those were some good times. It is crazy to think we are coming up here on 3 years already! Despite forum whiners I consider this to be a great and fun MMO still
