Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

My what an epic day I had today, certainly a day of many accomplishments!

Lets start off with the first one! I grabbed the cooking daily which happened to be the Netherstorm berry picking so I headed up there after stopping at a moonwell to make my Primal Moon Cloth.  I made a pit stop to make some Spell cloth then got some berries.  Turned out Inian was on also picking berries.  While I happened to be in Netherstorm finishing my berry picking I see Thailos get on, I tried to snag him for defeating the Nexus-King.  Inian and I almost defeated him by ourselves, we really just needed a tank.  Thailos agreed to come and also knew Meanbadugly in the guild also needed it.  So we summoned them at the stone and we went to slay him.  That went well and I finally got that item out of my inventory I’ve had for over 3 months, and 24g, and a shard from the blue item

Thailos left and Meanbadugly asked if we had another one of the Netherstorm group quests but we had done it a while ago but were happy to help him.  I thought again we would own his face, which we did however it was a long long battle   He has a ton of HP apparently   However we had no problem killing him, even though the fight was long enough for me to use Spooky twice!

So Meanbadugly went on his way and Inian was grabbing herbs in the area and I thought hey how about I kill a few Voidshriekers before I leave Netherstorm and see if my enchant drops.  I do this when I’m in the area usually trying to get the Greater Shadow Resistance enchant just for the hell of it Inian joined me shortly after and we only killed maybe 5 at the most and the damn thing dropped! Amazed I was talking about it in guid and someone said they had it for a while then said turned out they had Greater Arcane Resistance.Well I didn’t even know about this farmable one and looked it up.  It’s in Shadowmoon, and Inian needs a potion in the area too so we head over there.

We head to Ecilpse point, well I meet Inian there after banking and bombing in Skettis on the way over.  He says Legion hold is crowded so we do mine first.  We cleared the place maybe twice and it drops!  This is me leaving after meming it.  Bye Bye silly bloodelves!

We head to Legion Hold and kill maybe all the Shadow Council Warlocks maybe once and a tiny bit more and the Major Shadow Protection potion drops! We are amazed at our luck tonight!  We head back to the bank and I get some Primal Shadows out of the bank for Inian to make the potions and try to learn the cauldron.  It only took 2 tries on the other ones I think but this time he had to use 12 Primals just to get it :b

I still had some energy and wanted to maybe finish a faction or something so I was looking for a group.  It was still dead in LFG for some reason.  Maybe people are still on vacation?  Finally we get enough people to go to SV.  We were going to try heroic SV though unsure our Druid tank was ready for it.  We get to the instance and stupid PPP was camping the Colfang instances.  It was hilarious too, I wish I had screenshots, I got feared behind the zone line which is always funny by SV.  I hid around the corner.  They all wanted to get me so bad they were all at the zone line trying to get me.  This gave the rest of the group time to rez, and summon to run over.  I kept popping around the corner and Chastising the Shadow Priest that kept attempting to MC me.

So we finally all get in but the Druid when he realizes he doesn’t have the key.  I’m thinking he wouldn’t have cut it anyways and we look for another Heroic tank.  We find a protection pally.  We did fairly well with him, I lost our DPS warrior (who was horrible DPS btw) a few times in the begining because I couldn’t stop healing the pally long enough to save him.  We wiped once on the first boss, and I do HATE here with a passion on heroic.  It is like she always has time to hurricane me the whole fight.  We wiped once on the last boss because of the tanks.  Man in Heroic if you don’t get the tank gone you loose.  I can actually heal through a couple of tanks in regular mode, though I hadn’t had to in a long time.

So we finally finished up, the Dwarf did a lot of trash talking to me in tells about the rest of the group.  Everyone was really fine except the warrior was probably a bit under geared to be doing DPS in a heroic but we didn’t do that bad.  I ran over to the Cenarions and pickedup  my Stealth Cloak enchant

That concludes my very very successful day.  I got 3 enchants I didn’t have, exalted with the Cenarion Expedition, freed up an inventory slot, finished a group quest, made like 80 gold, got a couple of Prismatic Shards, a Primal Neather and more than another stack of Arcane Dust, plus tons of Netherweave!  Yes I would call this an epic day!
