Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

Today I just spent the time to go out and fish so that I could get the last cooking skillup.  Then I realized I needed more rhino meat so I had to go do that.  Eventually I got that last cooking skillup.  Then I headed back to town and learned the Fish Feast and got my chef title!  Wahoo!  Yay for more titles!

I also found my Blizzcon cards and was able to signup for my SC2 beta key woot!  I was never any good at SC2, but I did enjoy it.  Protoss was always my favorite and so far playing it at the last few Blizzcons I think it still is!

My son was down for a nap so I got on to mess around a bit.  I did the cooking daily and decided to see what the cooking daily was in Shatt.  Sure enough it was the one I was missing for the achievement.  So I ran off to collect mana berries.  After completing that achievement I thought I should get the outland cooking achievement.  So I set off to find various fish and meat throughout outlands.

I ended up needing one of the rare feltail so I decided to do some highland fishing schools assuming I’d eventually get one.  Plus I was getting fishing skill-ups which is all good.  I thought very briefly in the back of my mind, oh and I might get mr pinchy (ya right followed of course).  Because I did ALOT of fishing of furious crawdads in my time.  I used to supply people in guild with all the food I would get.  I have never seen the little guy once.    Well maybe it was my MUCH higher fishing skill, or maybe it was incredible luck, but I got Mr Pinchy!  Simply amazing!

After getting Mr. Pinchy I figured I fished enough highland schools, I think I did about an hour of fishing.  I checked with an alt and sure enough the enormous feltail I needed was on the AH for a meer 4.5g.  I was willing to pay the price to save time and got it.  After that all I needed was some fish from the Deadwind area near Karhazan.  Again I fished tons of these things in my time, stupid achievement system!   Anyways I successfully got my outlands cooking achievement.  I need to finish off my northrend one now too.

I would really like to end up with my chef title given how much I cook   I would also love the salty title too but that would mean I’d need to win the fishing contest I always forget to go to

I got on earlier in the day to see if I could do my Inscription research yet.  It wasn’t quite up but Inien had sent me some more herbs, and the adders tongue gave me quite a few Icy Pigment I decided to try for a Nobles card.  Sadly I didn’t get one   That deck would be so neat, but the randomness involved with making it is insane.  People want 12-15k for a deck

After that I went and did my Delicous Chocolate Cake achievement.  Don’t ask me why I thought to do it then

When I got on later that night I was too tired to do much.  I cleaned up some inventory, repaired and such and then went to bed.  Tomorrow is another day.
