Adventures of a Dwarf Priest

I got on this morning not sure what I would end up doing.  I think I thought I would try to do some WOTLK raids I haven’t got to do yet but it didn’t exactly go that way

I actually ended up in MC with a Mage and a DK.  They had been shouting about going for a while and I wanted the achievement because after all I did do this when it was 40 man.

I DPS’d most of the time we were there.  Mind Sear was quite fun on the dog packs, well any pack for that matter.  I kept thinking 3 people wouldn’t be enough but it seemed more than enough.

Everything went pretty well except for one wipe.  We ALMOST lost on Baron, I’m not sure how I kept us alive on that one.  The DK insisted that a DK can solo this place I’m not sure how a DK could get through all that magic damage.  We ended up enlisting another Mage here because of the healers, so we had 4 for like the last couple of bosses.

Ragnaros was easy, he died before he could even summon adds.  It was kind of neat to see him again.  He is cool looking even to this day unlike the rest of MC   Oh and I have no idea how anyone would finished Hydraxian Waterlords faction, only the bosses give it once you’re revered.  I got like 5% while we were there.  I don’t think that one is happening unless Blizzard changes something

After that I went to lunch and came back to someone wanting to do an AQ40 rep run.  Considering I was almost exalted with bout CC and Brood I was up for it.  Plus I wanted the C’Thun achievement   Here we are killing the Profit, who I’m not kidding you died in about 2 minutes.  We had 25 people in the raid, a few were not 80.

We ran straight through the gauntlet to Fankriss with all the adds in trail.  It was a beautiful thing.  However doing this instance again brought back a lot of bad memories lol  I didn’t take a screenshot of the Twin fight but apparently it was the only one we could wipe on according to the RL.  It was just hard to keep them apart with all the insane DPS for one poor tank to hold.  We eventually got them down.

I noted the Ouro screenshot because I missed this downage originally.  I missed the one day we downed him with FEST.  I’m not sure we ever killed him again actually.

Lastly we did ugly himself, he wasn’t really hard but I did die in the stomach   I didn’t remember the fight very well I know we tried but never actually killed him.  By the time we were finished I am less than one more run from Exalted with the Brood and a bit over a run for CC.  Though if I could get in one more AQ40 run I can make up for the rest of the CC rep with those encrypted pages.  Those would be some neat reps to finish off!

After that I was inspired to get my remaining classic dungeon achievements.  I did Scarlet Monastery all 4 wings and Shadowfang.  To get Classic Raids I just need to do ZG at some point.

I finished off my day doing a bunch of quests for the Ebon Knights.  They were a bunch of really neat quests I’ve been enjoying them and the lore behind them.
